Transmission: LT1 T56
Axle/Gears: 3.73 Moser 12 Bolt
T-5 Tranny Spline Differences - Help Me Please!
I just sold a T-5 Tranny from a 1985 IROC to a guy with a 1984 or 1983 Z - should the spline counts be the same? I wish those stupid Haynes manuals covered real stuff like this...thanks guys

Yes, V8 T5's have the same input shaft splines. The V6's are different.
