Close its a 9.5 from ******* performance. I called them up and they built me one to go with the motor im building. They took into acount that its a street car so hopefully it will do alright behind the little motor.should flash somewhere between 3-3500

Externally, they look the same. My 8" looks just like that also. The only way to know if it's an 8 or a 10 is to cut it open for inspection.
Recommended stall speed depends on a lot of factors but mainly on the cam grind. The total duration is usually the deciding factor in what stall speed to get then it depends if the car is a street/strip or full race.
