Lol ok so I've spent the last 4 nights in the garage after just getting my bird back. Couldn't get the dipstick into the trans hole cause of the headers. So I eyed out a brass bolt plug against the dipstick and it looked like the head would prevent it from falling in all the way. 1am tired.. I tried to plug it and slip! Thing went right in followed by some curse words. After man repairs the engine is almost ready to crank but that bolt is sitting in there and I can't fish it out with those spring graspers, can't even feel where it went with a screw driver. Its brass so a mangnet won't work... Lol so can I safely crank the engine? I'm not gonna put it in gear so the trans shouldn't move at all... I guess. What would happen if I did put it in gear? The bolt plug is small. Half inche thread diameter and only 3/4ths an inch long. Its just a plug bolt. I'd worry about it jamming up the trans pump or worst so I do want it out... Does anyone have the torque sequence to put the trans pan back on? Damn I don't want top
Ignore "top" and replace with "don't want to pull the pan off". Sorry posted with a cell phone and its hard to edit
