I picked up an SLP converter last night and need to double check that it is what it is.

It is Aqua in color and has the letters DFCF on it in marker.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Mine was an aqua blue/green with I believe those same letters. If you want, I'll crawl under the car in the morning and verify the letters, but it sounds like the same lettering as mine.

I bought it for $100. They guy says it only has 2K miles on it, but it looks like it might more. We'll see...

 

My SLP is also a greenish/blue color.. guess you could say it was aqua. Don't remember any numbers/letters but that's because it was installed about 8 years ago.

 

That color sounds about right for my SLP
torque converter. Its is a 2400 rpm stall.
