Flywheel Identification

I have a flywheel that would like to use for my manual transmission conversion on a 92 305. I can't seem to find much information on this flywheel. It apears to be for a 1 piece rear main seal engine. Its casting number is 14088671 N. Can anyone tell me what it is for.
