Transgo kit and 1-2 shift
With my recent mods I found out my tranny will shift from 1st at 5600 RPMs even if I'm holding the shifter in 1st. LOL, I didn't know that before because the engine couldn't get above 5200 RPMs before!
With the additional power and higher stalling torque converter, the shifts aren't quite as crisp as before, either. So, having listened to everything said about Transgo on this board for the last 2 years (and the guy who rebuilt my TH400 says he only uses their stuff), that's the kit I'm going to get for it. Question is, will it rev beyond 5600 RPMs after the kit?

The Trans-Go Performance Shift kit will allow you to hold any gear to any rpm. I carry the Trans-Go Performance Shift kit, along with the large boost valves and Corvette servo. If you need one or any other tech info, please e-mail me, call 800 7763288 M-S 10-6 PST, or post it.

Thanks for the response. You've got mail. Want to know which kit on your site to order, other questions.
