ok i have a 91 rs with a 10 bolt and the posi is shot.....i'm going to get that slp posi everyone talks about....and then take it to a good rear end shop.....whats cost can i look to install it?

3 hours work by the books. Don't take it to GM because they will try to tell you that the differential needs their $25 a quart oil. Just use a good synthetic gear oil and the GM friction modifier. -Randy

I paid $100 to have new gears and a take-out posi installed. It took him less then 2 hours to install it and take it for a test (joy?) ride.
