Just a tip for clutch master caps
Awhile back, mine split at the top, so it wouldn't seal the rubber diaphram (T56 hydraulics). I looked and looked but couldn't find just the cap anywhere without buying the whole master assembly. Anyway, then I noticed there were the letters "AP" on the top of it, and then noticed that my brother's did too, (2000 Jeep Wrangler). So then I tried it, and wouldn't ya know, perfect swap, same size and thread. Anyway, turns out that all of the big 3 used that cap, so if you go to a junk yard for one, you're in luck since you don't need to find a thirdgen. I think lots of Jeeps got them, Ford Rangers, I think some S-10's, and a few other that I can't remember. I even picked up two for a buck each, but there were about 6 that I could have grabbed. Again, just a tip, they aren't as hard to find and I originally thought they were.

Re: Just a tip for clutch master caps
Good Tip Tom, thanks...
Another tip if folks don't have a clutch master or want to bling it up, a Motorcycle brake master is just the right size for the clutch master and come in all shapes/sizes/designs, etc.
A final word of warning, don't replace your supply hose with rubber if it breaks. The brake fluid will dissolve it and ruin your whole hyd system.. Make sure the hose you use is brake fluid resistant.
