So, I got into a bit of a fender bender and now my axle shaft on the left is bent, and the wheel warped. I've already found a replacement wheel for my GTA, but I don't know how to go about repairing the axle. I know I'll need a new seal and bearing, but does anyone know if I can pull a shaft from another disk break, 3rd gen? My car is stock in every way, it also has the standard rear I believe. Is there a difference in the length, or spline between models?

Like DJP mentioned, we need a bit more info. If you have a 10-bolt, here's some basic info that may answer some of your questions.

9-bolt axles are different lengths from side to side. Nothing but the brakes are interchangeable from a 9- to 10-bolt. Perhaps you can find more info in the link to follow:Originally Posted by Nc-GTA
