Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 Bolt Borg Warner Rear
I think something in my transmission is broken
so coming home tonight was on the on ramp and punched it and the revs just shot up like it was in nuetral did it in overdrive and in drive
The car is fine under light acceleration but the moment you give it too much pedal its like its not grabbing. I know nothing about automatics. Heck I dont even know if your supposed to drive in overdrive or drive, maybe thats what caused the failure?

sounds like the transmission is toast.
check the fluid level , but i bet its done.

3/4 clutch pack is gone! Time for a rebuild!
