No. The 83-92 T5 used a Muncie standard 4-bolt pattern tilted 17 degrees left.
The later T5 uses a ford-esque pattern.

Okay thanks for the quick reply.
Next questions. What year make or model should I get a bell housing from so I can install a '99 V6 Camaro T5 manual transmission to a Gen1 SBC 350.
All the V8 bell housings from the '99 era Camaros seem to be for 6 spd transmissions.

You're going to be dealing with input shaft length too. The '99 V6 T5 takes a hyd. throwout so you'll be using 4th gen hydraulics if you use that throwout.

Re: Bell Housing Compatability.
Yeah I was already planning on the hydraulic throwout.
So is the GM V6 T5 like the Ford T5 in that it would need an adapter plate to fit both the input shaft length difference and the bell house pattern difference?
I have plans for an adapter plate for a Ford T5 to be used with a SBC V8 bell housing but I thought the GM T5 was different than the Ford T5.
