89 Master/ slave cylinder problems

I have a 89 350 tbi motor. It use to be an 305 tbi motor, We swapped it out and when I did the swap I put in a new stock clutch from Autozone. Well I broke the motor in put 500 miles on it and a few 100 more. Then all the sudden my slave cylinder went. Figure it was just because it was old. Well replaced it with a new one, well that one lasted about two hours. It started pushing fluid past the cylinder into the rubber boot. So I took it back and they replaced it. I just put the new one on today and took the car out. Drove it around town some and all the sudden I lost all pedal. My master cylinder broke, snapped the housing in two. Also bent my rod that goes to my pedal. Anyone have any idea what might be causing all of this?? Any ideas?? Help would be thankful.

WOW! Are you sure you installed the release fork/through out bearing correctly? If I were to guess I would say the release fork takes too much pressure for the hydraulic assembly to handle it! WtH!
Honda's are evil econo cars, I choose not to taint my hands and reputation..lol
