driveshaft thumping noise

driveshaft thumping noise
could someone help me out with an issue i've been trying to diagnose, i'm running a tko-600, denny's nitrous ready driveshaft and a moser 12 bolt rear, when cruising mostly in 4th gear, where the throttle is lifted just enough to cruise (float) the driveshaft makes thumping noises, seems like it's rocking back and forth.

there does not seem to be any excess play, i've also tried a different driveshaft/slip yoke, same thing.

excessive backlash on the rearend, worn tranny mount..stuff like that
