700R4 won't move!!!!

I recently finished my BBC swap on my 83 and am now having issues with my tranny. I bought a built 700 from a guy with a 2600 stall TC. No problems getting it in. Now that my motor is running great now my tranny is not. I can shift into all the gears with no issues but when in drive it's like the tranny is in neautral. I can give it all the gas in the world but still doesn't move. The TC lockup is not hooked up since I pulled my ECM, could this be why it isn't working? The car will move a little but when in reverse but won't pull forward. No drop in RPMs when cycling through the gears either. Anyone got any ideas?

I am pretty sure the TV cable is hooked up right. Pardon me if I sound ignorant but is there good way to check that. I have the right TV bracket for my holley carb.

quickest way is to reset it per the instructions. push the button in and shove it all the way back in. then get in the car and floor it a few times. then see if that helps out.
