95 bird trany is interchangeable with what
I have 95 5.7 v8 auto bad transmission. 4l60e is put in 94-2002.
anyone know what years firebirds or if camero will interchange. I would like to know what all my interchangeing option are. because the 95 trany is not popular at my local salvage yard

A 95 firebird would be a fourth gen. This website is for third gen F bodies.

Yes....This is 82-92 F-body site BUT......
With the popularity of LT1 & LS1 swaps into 3rd gens? There is a good chance someone seeing your post will know the answer & respond.
But I can tell you this.....
Because of the torque arm you will need a F-body trans & most likely? It will have to be from a 94-97. In 98, they went to LS1s, witch I do not think will fit a Gen1`SBC.

As an assembly, only 95.
