Another trouble shifting with the T5 question

Okay, so Ive done searches for an answer to this question, but have been unsuccessful. I have a WC T5, new clutch, PP, Flywheel, Pilot and throwout bearings and a new slave cylinder as well. when the car is cold it shifts amazingly. but when it gets hot, i wont be able to get it into rev and all the other gears are hard. the problem gets progressively worse as the drive goes on. I bled the slave on sat night...no real problem...but didn't really help. I also wrapped the slave in header wrap along with the driver side header to help with keeping the temp down ...maybe this is a problem? i am starting to become desperate because im driving to Daytona from PA on Thursday and my car breaking down is the last thing i need lol. OH! one last thing. the trans has been in since ....i guess April now. ive just started to have this problem in the past 2 weeks. so it really shouldn't be an internal problem..thats just what i think though. any help would be really appreciated guys!

Re: Another trouble shifting with the T5 question

Sounds like a clutch issue, not a trans problem at all.

Specifically, a mechanical issue; the mechanic assembled it wrong.
