Hello, I bought an 82 camaro recently and I noticed that it makes some light noise from the rear end. our truck always made the same noise when it was low, so i went to check it and there is no fill nut or plug. how would I go about doing this?

Yea, the plug is on the right side close to where the axle tube goes into the center casting. It's a pipe plug and it will require a 3/8 drive ratchet or breaker bar to remove it.
