Best cooler for built 700R4

I've been reading a lot about the coolers for the 700R4s on here and just needed a straight answer. What's the best cooler for my built trans?

The car has a 3000 stall TC, shiftkit, built internals (PO did this so I don't know the details), and 3.73 rear gear. The rest of the car is stock, including the radiator and stock cooling systems, like the oil cooler. One other detail is that I may, in the near future, get a much better radiator and fan for the motor for autoX/drag racing. I'm not sure if that would effect the trans cooler.

Also, my last question is if it will hurt the trans to do a full fluid flush/filter change. The car has 85,850 original miles and I'm assuming the fluid and filter were changed when the PO did the trans upgrades. He mentioned it was 5 or 6 years ago and I just want to make sure because I've heard that transmissions don't like their fluid/filter done early. Thanks in advance guys.

Biggest one you can stuff in there will be best. I run an 11x12" cooler (stacked plate design, not tube & fin). Mine is made by Long Tru-Cool.

Absolutely change out the fluid. 5 years is plenty long.

Like this one? I haven't seen one as big as you mentioned yet.

Oh here is a bigger one, but still not even close to 11X12". Is it ok if it says it is for trucks? Thanks for the help.

don't forget a derale tranny pan. It holds an extra 2 quarts and has cooling fins, and a drain plug. I love mine. Nice and sturdy too.

I barely ever tack 150* with my built and stalled auto. B&M cooler, plumbed in series after factory cooler. derale pan.
