Which flywheel.. 1978 350.. To a 700R4
I have a 78 350, 2 piece rear main.. My old 305 has a 1 piece rear main with the 91 flywheel.. Can I use the 91 flywheel and TC on the 78 engine?

torque converter is the same, but you will have to use an'85 -
earlier flexplate as '86 up is external ballance and different bolt
pattern for the hub-IIRC 153 tooth is the right diameter and '79
-85 the year spread as earlier flexplates may have slightly
smaller torque converter bolt holes
