Re: t5
you wont find one. youl need to do a lot of research and slowly pile up all the parts you need when i was thinking about doing it it just started to look like it was going to be a major pain in the *** and i wound up scrapping the idea. also if you do this get a new world t5 they are a lot stronger and worth it in the long run.

Re: t5
Or, instead of focusing on a "conversion" which implies that someone else has done all the work for you of tearing down a wrecked car and collecting all of just the right pieces and getting them ready for you, go find a wrecked car.

Re: t5
I did my T5 swap back in August - I found a TGO member that was selling most everything for $350. I had to drive like 6 hours to and from to pick it up, but it was worth it. The main stuff I got was the tranny/bellhousing/shift fork, slave cylinder, shifter, and flywheel.
I bought a new clutch & TOB, had the flywheel resurfaced, and new master cylinder. I already had the pedals. I was lucky enough to find a hydraulic line from a wrecked car to connect master/slave. The torque arm mount was a bitch to get. They seem to have gold in them somewhere, cause they're expensive.
Bottom line is you're going to have to do some searching for various parts. Here's BASICALLY what you'll need.
F-Body T5 trans (World Class is 88+ and generally preferred - V8 T5 is also preferred)
V8 Bellhousing
Shifter (Usually comes with trans, but sometimes not)
Clutch kit (pressure plate & disc)
Pilot bushing/bearing
Flywheel bolts
Pressure Plate bolts
Clutch fork
Throwout bearing
Clutch master & slave cylinders & Hydraulic line to connect the two
Manual Clutch Pedal assembly
Torque Arm mount for a T5 (auto won't work)
Clutch fluid reservoir & hose to connect to master cylinder
If you want your reverse lights to work, you'll need a small wiring harness connector
That's all I can think of at the moment. It may sound daunting, but it's really not too bad. I had never done a trans swap before and everything including removal of the auto and the completion of the swap took my 3 days off and on.
If you don't have the engine in the car, bolting the trans to it will be even easier.

This is all what is needed for a T5; however, if you are making a lot of power with that 350, you may want to step up and get a T56.

Re: t5
the t5 is absolute junk! if you plan on doing anything but babying it stay away from a stock t5. my car has been sitting in the garage for years and just began to finaly work on it again and get it ready to drive for my wedding. i broke my t5 and was going to just put a tremec in it. but i got bitten by the sportbike bug and have not spent much money on the car for a few years. well i broke a shift fork and has some other minor internal parts replaced and it cost me 920 bucks and the guy at the shop told me they suck lol.
