Part number axle seal 9bolt

Does anyone have the part number to the driverside rear axle seal for a 9bolt rear end?

i found a thread yesterday that had all the part numbers to the pinion seal and axle seals but i cant seem to find it today..

thanks guys for any help.

I bought mine through NAPA, just make sure you get the right seal for the right side, they are different for each side. The seal grooves run in different directions for each side.

i tried napa and every other parts store close to me.. its a special order part and im trying to get it a little cheaper online.

all the seals i pull up call it a pinion seal. are the seals for the axle and pinion the same?

If you can find it cheaper on line, Good luck, just make sure it's the right one. You may also need the axle bearing too because you have to pull the bearing to get the seal on, in most cases you end up destroying the bearing taking it off. http://www.napaonline.com/Search/Det...+50012+2012008 $21.50 is high, but it is of good quality. Just be careful when you pull the bearing. Not to many times can you reuse the bearing and bearing ring without wreaking it when you pull it. I usually have to cut the ring off and replace the whole bearing also.
