Flywheel for 91, 3.1 700R4 Firdbird

Flywheel for 91, 3.1 700R4 Firdbird
Hey all,
I need to replace my flywheel its pretty chewed up. I have looked up the part on several sites and they are offering 2 flywheels for my 91 Firebird.
one 142 tooth and a 148 tooth. How do I know other than counting my flywheel teeth which one I need?
it has the 3.1 v6 700r4 tranny in it.
any help would be very usefull
