I need everyones help on this one I got a 700r4 that just shifts way to early into over drive it's kinda annoying even at wot it just shifts an doesn't go through the gears like what the hell is the matter with this stupid transmission I've tried adjusting the tv cable so many times an still just doesn't want to go through the gears until it's in overdrive

 

I experienced the same problem. Never fixed it, just always drove in drive unless I was on the highway. I'm switching to a t-56 but I'm interested to see what people say.

 

If changing the TV cable setting (making it tight at WOT) does not make it shift later, then you most likely have a throttle valve problem in the valve body. The TransGo Shift kit can solve this. The modified Street/Strip Shift kit is what I would use here.

 

Yea I'm switching to a t56 as well really soon actually but it does shift through all the gears really good now I guess but now when I select the gear lever to to go reverse it takes forever to go in an back up what could cause that
