T56 clutch in a t5?

Just picked up a motor-less 91 camaro. It has a t5 in it and I have a motor. I didn't get a clutch with my car, but a buddy has one from a lt1/t56 set up. Will it work?

Re: T56 clutch in a t5?

With fabrication, sure.

With a reasonable amount of fabrication, effort and trouble that don't far exceed the cost of a normal replacement T5 clutch for a 3rd gen, no.

Ok, thanks. I'll just have to go get a t5 clutch.
