LSX and 700r4
I am building an LSX engine and carburating it so I am using a 700r4 transmission. My question is which transmission crossmember do I use? A conversion for a 4L60E the 700R4 croosmember or do I need to make my own?

hopefully your 700r4 is built, as stock form will not last very long behind one of those motors.
however, as long as you get the spohn/hawks mounts or 1" setback adapters, you should be able to use the stock crossmember

Yeah I have a pro built unit already to go can take up 800 (www.maddogtransmissions.com). I didn't think the original unit would take much abuse with a substantial increase in power.
