i have a 91 camaro RS and i googled the size of the differentals and what size ring and pinion was required cause the 10 bolt is simple i thought... But i dont know what size it is. Theres like 5 different size gm ten bolts and i cant figure this out. Could you help me? Please thank ya. Is it a 27 spline and is it like 8.5? I just need the all sizes and dimensions on this. Even if its 2.73 i am going to swap gears ring and pinion i just need all the gm ten bolt spec fors this to do so

Re: rear end newb question
stock would be the 7.5, and 91 iirc should be 28 spline. If you plan on making power I would go with an aftermarket diff.

Re: rear end newb question
Not that it matters, but your 91 has a 7.6 (vs the 7.5) with 28-spline axles. Check the 10-Bolt FAQ at the top of the page for all the info you require.
