A buddy of mine has a 1990 Camaro with the 3.1 V6. We couldn't get the car to WOT in any gear until yesterday after firing it up after a week of sitting. Now it does WOT perfectly fine in P and N (auto) but in D it bucks hard after a brief response and doesn't seem to want to shift. We've been backing of it because neither of us are mechanically inclined and don't want it blowing up. Could it be a tranny or fuel issue? I didn't know where to really put this thread.
