Rear End Rebuild help
I am getting ready to rebuild the rear end of my 86 Trans Am. Its a vin f with 4 wheel disc brakes and the 5.0l V8. I am getting new springs, shocks, and I decided that I might as well redo the wheel bearings while I am at it. How do I know what size seals and bearings I need?

Re: Rear End Rebuild help
If it's a 9-bolt, don't hold your breath.
You need to find that out before trying to order parts anyway.

Re: Rear End Rebuild help
If the rear's a 10-bolt, the part numbers are provided in the sticky above (Tips/Tricks for....).
