new moser

Finally bought my moser 9 inch but a little confused. Its saying to machine the holes in the 82-92 disc brake setup. Is this something i can do in the garage or is this a machine shop type job.

Is it easier just to swap newer brakes onto it or becuase i ordered it for a 82-92 set up it isnt possible now?

I assume that if the axle flanges are drilled for a thirdgen 10-bolt, the Delco-Moraine system (82-88), the 1LE/LT1 system (89-97), and the LS1 system (98+) will all work.
