need help with v6 to v8 transmission
I'm sure its been posted somewere but I'm putting a 350 in with a transmission out of a 85 berlinetta I'm just wondering will my overdrive whip fit from my 89 firebird thanks

Overdrive is just another gear like the first 3, it doesn't need anything special.
The electrical connection is primarily for the torque converter clutch. It works pretty much the same way on a v8 700R4 as it does on a v6.
