Good price for a t5?
Let me start off by saying I dont want a t56. I mean I do but I can't find one for under 1000 and ill need the bellhousing, pressure plate, clutch, ect. ect. This website sells refurbished t5's with a 12 month warranty for like 780.00 with a 250.00 core charge. It seems like a pretty sweet deal to me any thoughts? People on here say t5's are a dime a dozen but I live in central jersey which is a pretty sweet spot for car parts and I can't find a single world class t5 on Craigslist. Weird right? But even still I would assume I couldn't get one for under 500. I think the extra 250 for a reliable trans with a one year warranty is worth it. Thoughts?

Re: Good price for a t5?
I usually see used T5s go on the list for between 300-550 for a WC and 200-400 for a NWC depending on condition and time of the year.
That being said you can find good deals from time to time. I scored a full rebuilt WC t5 for $500. I generally see them go for much more.
