Transmission HELP!

Engine: 5.0 TPI V8
Transmission: 700R4 Auto
Transmission HELP!
this is the second time this same exact thing has happened, did i get 2 junk trannys or is it something else causing the problem. i get to about 25-30mph and my rpms spike and i dont go any faster. it seems to shift into 1st and 2nd but nothing else. heres a video i tried to get to show whats going on. help1

Mmm maybe your shift cable isnt putting your trans into Drive or overdrive. Most likely your trans is done.
