700r4 stall ?

Hey im looking at a used 700r4 out of a non fbody. Just wondering if that matters? Also its rebuilt with a shift jkit and summit racing 2000 stall. Will that stall be ok with a stock 305tbi and rear. Think 243 gears? Non posi. Thanks!

Transmission should bolt in as long it has the correct speedometer hookup and torque arm clamshell attached to the tail housing.

Stall speed should work fine. You probably won't actually even see a 2000 stall out of it. Most normal off the shelf type companies use decent to high torque motors to figure out the stall speed. IE 2000 Stall behind a BBC or something like that.
