With a 3.08 gear,
235/60R15 would have a 17 & 41 combo. IIRC, that's a 26.1" depending on mfgr.
215/65R15 and 245/50R16 would have a 17 & 42 combo; 215/65R15 is taller though.
shorter tires might have a 43 driven.
