4L80 Pan On 700R4

Hello
I have a left over pan from a 4L80 and looking at how the one off my 700R4 is pretty beat it, can i swap it out with no issues, or will I run into problems? Please let me know before I begin to reinstall everything. Thanks!

Unless it is a misprint and you mean 4L60?
Which is the same trans as the T700 renamed

4L80e? nope.. not a chance..

some 4X4 trucks with the 4l60E had a deeper pan that bolts on and should be cheap from any junkyard, but you need to get the proper filter to go with it..

Re: 4L80 Pan On 700R4

Then it is probably off of a 4L60, cause i put the 700R4 gasket on te 4l60/4l80 pan and it matched! its just the pan i want to put is a bit deeper
