Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: stock
305 transmission on 3.1. will it fit
as it says will it fit . my v6's transmission is sliping andi dont have the money to rebuild it.

No it will not fit. The bell housings are different in degree. 3.1= 60 degrees, 5.0= 90 degrees.
