Release bareing noise
I just converted my 85 iroc to a 5 speed i put a fully rebuilt world class borg warner t5 in it i do believe i installed the release bareing wrong im takeing the trans back out to correct it tomorro but would it make a noise sounding almost like an output shaft bareing? It only does it with the clutch releaced in neutral, if i put any sort of pressure on the clutch it goes right away. Any advice? (Please dont judge this is my first 5 speed camaro, i made it a stick because i could not find one already done)

Yep, sounds like the t/o bearing. Make sure you use a good steel one from National. Most of the clutch kits come with cheapy plastic ones.
Thank you for putting a real trans in your car instead of the slushbox. I did the same with mine!
