700R4 REBUILD "HELP"

I'm having trouble finding complete rebuild kits for reasonable price... I've found this kit on summit http://m.summitracing.com/parts/sum-705023.....Im trying to do a complete rebuild, so besides the kit what else would I need, only want to do it once...any help is great ....thanks in advance... I am trying to build it to withstand about 450hp

probuilt automatics http://www.700r4l60e.com dana is a great guy and gives lots of help if you ever get stuck. his kits are the most complete and offer a lot of updates and his custom transgo shift kits.
