Car has street strip kit in it with 3000 stall with hsr and just installed a corvette governor today to try to fix the issues. Car shifts too soon at all throttle points. Don't even have time to get moving before the transmission is already in 2nd then by 40 mph it's in overdrive. Most times it starts in 2nd gear then slugs all the way to overdrive. I have tried every method of setting the tv cable with no luck. At WOT it shifts into each gear extremely early, shifts into 3rd at 40mph WOT. Car rarely wants to downshift when commanded to. Feels like a slug at all times. Have tried new tpi tv cable, sonnax tv corrector kit, added 1/2 quart of fluid over full per Dana recommendation, swapped to later style throttle body. I called bowtie overdrive to order a tv made ez kit but they assured me that I should be using a regular tpi cable. Somebody please help me get this thing shifting the way it's supposed to.
