T7575 Clutch Fork P/N Oddity

T7575 Clutch Fork P/N Oddity
Went ahead, and bought a new clutch fork to replace the one the previous owner had installed in my Camaro. The new clutch fork P/N is 14075725...the proper part for a T5 V-8 Camaro.
Scraping off the rust, dirt, and junk on the old clutch fork shows a P/N 14075725....which, after doing a Google search, and looking through a few GM parts websites, doesn't seem to exist--except a couple of other results came up in Google from other people that seem to have found the same thing.
Anyone know what P/N 14075726 actually is from? Looking carefully at the two, there seem to be very slight differences between the two forks.

Definitely a fair statement...but in this case, the numbers appear in exactly the same place on each. I do notice, however, that the new fork has the large 'V8" stamped next to the part number on the fork, but the old one does not.
