84 sc upgrade to disc posi axel (need info)

Car: 1984 camaro
Engine: 2.5L 4 cylinder (151 Iron Duke)
Transmission: 4 speed Saginaw
Axle/Gears: 3.43
84 sc upgrade to disc posi axel (need info)
My 84 sc with a 2.5l has a 3.43 none posi. My rear end is starting to go out and I wanted to upgrade to posi. I've found a new 3.43 posi rear but it has disc brakes not drum. What do I need to know? I'm guessing i need new break lines and that its going to take more effort for the car to get rolling?

Direct swap. Get the donor car's combination valve (and hope the valve fittings are the same, SAE or Metric) and parking brake cables.
