Torque arm nuts and bolts NEED HELP

Does any body know a source where I can find at least the proper size for the clam shell for the torque arm

Any help would be great

AFAICR they are all 10mm x whatever the "std" thread is for that size (not "fine"). 1.5mm I think but you know how that goes.
