Hello, there has been a weird pulsing sound coming from my transmission. It only happens when I lay on the gas without letting off and at the top of 3rd gear I would hear a pulsing sound like it wants to shift up but it wont. If I keep my foot on the pedal it would eventually shift up or if I take it off it would downshift. Could this be related to my tv cable? Because ive been playing with it recently trying to set it. Thank you
