Go down the road and floor it, then let off, if it sounds like it's hitting the floor with a bang and you can feel it, your mount is bad. They are very very cheap, think $8 or something from pep boys for rubber.

i am hearing like i am dragging something under my car right at the shifter. only thing that is happening.Also i'm not gonna even attemp the flooring it. Come on!! lel

Just give it some gas in gear. Could also put a jack under the trans and just barely touch it and see if it comes up. Or you can take it out in about 2 minutes and check it.
