Transmission: auto
Axle/Gears: 373 posi
what stall do you think

hello everone im building a 350 tpi nothing crazy but need some sugestions on a stall it has a strip strip shift kit and a 373 posi motor should generate about 325 hp any suggestions would be great

If you want almost stock-like manners but some extra punch when you mash it, here's what I'd get: www.rockauto.com Part # B29DCNF. It's the 199X GM S-10 converter and will flash to 2200-2400 behind a well tuned TPI 350.
If you want more 60' performance at the strip, then go for an Street Edge 2800 9.5" TC .. www.edgeracingconverters.com
I wouldn't go any higher than than for a TPI motor.

Transmission: 700R4 3000 stall.

I second the 2800 - non locking. I have mine on a built 700R4 behind my stock TPI 305 and it's excellent. I read a lot before I decided and one thing I heard that I believe now is that no one has ever been unhappy because they got "too high of stall" converter and that almost everyone buys too low of a stall the first time out.
