700r4 won't shift out of 1st
Stock 91 Camaro RS with 305 and 700r4
i cleaned the govornor, adjusted tv cable under the hood and still it only goes in 1st N and R.
Is it worth it to disconnect the TV from the trans and move it back and forth by hand? Would have the engine running while i do this help?
If it's not the TV, and the govornor is good, is it easy to take the pan off and check the valves??
