Clutch pedal to the floor, good pressure, still not disengaging.

A few months ago, I installed a TKO 600 and Lakewood bellhousing. Everything worked well, but I needed to replace the pilot bushing, so I just dropped the trans last week. ....originally I had NOT installed the 3/16" thick block plate between the block and bellhousing. Don't ask. I just didn't.

.....THIS time around....I did. So take a minute and think that through, lol. NOTHING else has changed. Same master, same slave, same clutch and pp, same trans, fork, block, etc. etc. ...but now everything is 3/16" farther back due to the block plate EXCEPT the flywheel, clutch disc and pressure plate. It would stand to reason that now the same 5" (or whatever) of clutch pedal travel, translates into the same fork and throwout bearing travel, BUT...it's now 3/16" farther away from the spring/fingers on the pressure plate. The fork does appear to be on the pivot ball properly from what I can tell, and everything does operate smoothly. I just can't get into gear.

Last thing. I have about 1" of play at the TOP of the pedal travel once the pedal is released. Have it now, had it before, had it with the T5. Can I adjust the rod and bleed the system to utilize that slop? Do I need a slave with more travel?

Guys, I'm lost here. I could use some assistance.

Apparently, the lakewood bellhousing comes with an adjustable pivot ball...
