I have a TH350 right now, and I want to swap it back to a 700R4. Can I use a 700R4 out of any car or does it have to be a camaro? I have been told by a few different places that the Camaro version has a different tailstock designed to work with the torque arm.... does anyone know anything about this?

If it doesn't have to be from a Camaro, what other cars had it, and exactly what year did GM fix the problems?

 

I am not possitive if there were any other cars with the torque arm, but the tailshafts are different than most pickups, SUV's, and other cars I have seen.
