95 LT1 4L60e upgrade to run on 0411PCM - What's needed?
Hi All,
Diagnosing some gremlins with my 0411 conversion and new 400 build, and i want to eliminate the transmission as the cause of all of the hesitation, bucking, and lack of upshift/downshift.
I currently have a 97 one piece 4L60E with PWM TCC installed in the car. 12 pin(i believe, whichever it is its +1 pin more than previous models)
I have a 95 LT1 corvette transmission in the shed which has the 11pin (or12, -1pin from current trans) which I believe used some weird solenoids or different solenoid for the TCC.
Can I just take the harness and solenoids out of a 96-97 4l60e, and put it in the 95 to work with the 0411PCM?
I'm not going to put the ones from the current trans in as they may be the problem, but is this all i need to do to use it with the current setup, or is there something else?
I've also heard of people adjusting the TCC PWM values all to 100% to fix the issue without having to change over the solenoids, but might as well do it right while I'm there yeah?
