Currie 9" torque arm mount install

Axle/Gears: 4.11
Currie 9" torque arm mount install

For the 9" currie torque arm mount, I know you have to weld the sleeves onto the housing. I'm guessing the only right way to do it is to completely install the whole rear end, the get the torque arm and currie mount thrown into position. That brings me to the question of should the suspension be loaded when welding the mount on? Or if anyone has prior experience with this, let me know how you have done it.
